Delivery

Orders are shipped on the same day as receipt (only on orders received pre 16.00 Mon- Fri. Orders received Sat – Sun will be dispatched on the following Monday)

Returns & Replacements

If you have any issues with your purchase and need to return it: it must be returned in its original condition (and packaging) within 30 days of receipt of product.

Dio will refund return postage on a defective or damaged item providing that it is returned by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery

Please note that items returned within 30 days but not in their original packaging, or with the appropriate RMA returns form will incur an additional 10% handling charge.

Please do not send items back that have not had a returns authorisation number issued.

Please ensure that the returns authorisation number is clearly visible on any returned packages.

Should you return an item after 30 days of receipt of product: we offer either an exchange for an alternative product or a credit to use within the DIO website.

Returns outside of the 30 day period do not qualify for the free returns policy.

Products Returned within Warranty

Your purchase will carry a standard warranty as indicated. Should your product fail within this period then it can be returned following the standard returns policy above. Your product will then be tested and if found to be defective (damaged products not included within warranty period), a replacement product will be forwarded to you.

Process Return

  1. Please call +44 (0) 1952 238738 for an RMA number. Alternatively you can email us at RMA@diolighting.co.uk (please quote your Order Number, Name and item(s) you are returning)
  2. Download and Print the Returns' Form using the ‘DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM’ button below
  3. Fill in the Form and return your goods to us in their original packaging with the Form.
  4. Our Customer Service team will contact you once we have received and processed your Return.
